‘Ace observationalist’ (The Guardian) Josh is a household name. He’s starred in 30 series of the multi award-winning Channel 4 series The Last Leg, as team captain on Sky Max’s brand new show Rob Beckett’s Smart TV, and alongside Nish Kumar on Hold the Front Page, which will return for a second series this year. Josh has also had multiple appearances on Hypothetical, QI, Live at the Apollo, A League of Their Own, Have I Got News for You, and Taskmaster to name a few, as well as performing onstage at the Royal Albert Hall for the Royal Variety Performance.

Josh co-hosts the hugely popular podcast Parenting Hell with Rob Beckett, which they took on the road in 2023 to arenas up and down the country. The success of the podcast led to the release of the Parenting Hell book which topped the Sunday Times Bestseller Charts. Josh is also host of cult 90s podcast Quickly Kevin, Will He Score? which has gone on to sell out multiple live shows and will have its final show at the London Palladium in May 2024.

2021 saw the release of Josh’s first book, a childhood memoir, about growing up watching far too much TV in the 1990s. Watching Neighbours Twice a Day… How ’90s TV (Almost) Prepared Me for Life was a Sunday Times Bestseller.

His last stand-up tour Bit Much… culminated in a night at the iconic London Palladium and aired on Channel 4 in summer 2022.

Josh will also feature in Big Lizard, the new animated comedy adventure coming to CBeebies this year.
